Focus: Teaching the foundations of running, lifting, and managing ones body in space in a positive environment.

Focus: Developing Power, Strength, Explosion, and Speed in a controlled environment.

Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp 2019

Focus: Learning proper lifting technique, speed training, OL/DL technique.

July 8 – 27th

10:00 – 11:30 AM (Monday – Friday)

BOOT CAMP & STRENGTH (Adults)

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning & high caloric burn, including strength, cardio, flexibility and core training.

8:15 – 9:15 AM (Monday – Friday)

WOMEN’S STRENGTH (Adults)

Adults: Focuses on strength through weightlifting, fast-twitch training and conditioning.
