TITAN (Ages 7 - 11)

Ages 7 - 11: Teaching the foundations of running, lifting, and managing ones body in space in a positive environment.

SPARTAN (Ages 12-14)

Ages 12 - 14: Implementing weight lifting with proper mechanics along with speed and agility training in a controlled setting.

WARRIOR (Ages 15 - 18)

Ages 15 - 18: Developing Power, Strength, Explosion, and Speed in a controlled environment.

BOOT CAMP & STRENGTH (Adults)

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning & high caloric burn, including strength, cardio, flexibility and core training.

WOMEN'S STRENGTH (Adults)

Adults: Focuses on strength through weightlifting, fast-twitch training and conditioning.
