Focus: Teaching the foundations of running, lifting, and managing ones body in space in a positive environment.

Focus: Developing Power, Strength, Explosion, and Speed in a controlled environment.

Boot Camp & Strength (Adults)
Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning & high caloric burn, including strength, cardio, flexibility and core training.
5:00 – 6:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
6:00 – 7:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
7:00 – 8:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
8:00 – 9:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
9:00 – 10:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
10:00 – 11:00 AM (Saturday)

5:30 – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Elite Class (Ages 14-18)
Focus: Taking your performance training to the next level with a higher focus on speed, strength, and power.
7:00 – 8:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Women’s Strength (Adults)
Adults: Focuses on strength through weightlifting, fast-twitch training and conditioning.
5:30 – 6:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
